Here are two home-made salad dressings I currently use:

   Dressing #1

1 cup truly raw cashews

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup lemon juice

1/2 cup olive oil

1 teaspoon Redmond or Celtic sea salt

4 teaspoons apple cider vinegar

  Dressing # 2

equal parts of

(1) Braggs Liquid Aminos

(2) Apple Cider Vinegar

(3) Canola oil
